Tech Tip: How to email files to the Board

Here are some tips from the Board’s Tech department to ensure that when you email documents to the Board, the documents are delivered successfully.

1. Email documents as PDFs.

2. The maximum attachment size is 12 MB. Files larger than 12 MB will be rejected by the Board’s email server and will not be delivered to the intended recipient.

3. To reduce the size of an attachment, compress or optimize the PDF file. (Zipped files and links to a Dropbox or Google Drive will not be accepted.) If you need assistance with how to do this, please contact or call 604-930-7626.

4. When scanning or emailing directly from a multifunction printer, ensure that the printer has a valid email address.
