Your new Member Portal and course registration website is now available. The Member Portal has been reconfigured to be more stable and secure and is now easier for you to navigate and update. It also looks a heck of a lot better than the old portal and has some handy new features.
All the information you accessed through the old member portal is now available on the new member portal, and all your information has been moved over automatically.

Registration for Education
We also have a video to walk you through the new course search and registration process. It’s quite a bit different, so worth taking a look before you need to register.
Member
Under the Member tab you will find My Profile where you can revise your personal and/or contact information and Payment Profile where you add either a credit card or a chequing account to pay your course fees and a place to add or change your profile photo. Check out this video for a walk-thru.
You have the option to upload a photo into the new Member Portal. Just be aware that that photo will only be available on the portal – it will not be sent to any other apps. If you’d like to update your photo for any other apps, here are some tips for Member Photos.
Also under the Member tab you will see My Violations and My Notifications which are two features that may not be fully uploaded with your data when the new Member Portal goes live on April 2. But they will be made available soon if not on launch day. In the meantime, check Paragon for this information.
Medallion
You can see your personal Medallion standings for this year and last year under the Medallion tab.
To find the overall Medallion Reports for individuals, team, commercial and offices , you’ll need to visit the Medallion page on REALTOR Link®.
Events
Under the Events tab, you will find Upcoming Events and My Events in a calendar format. Events is where you could book for group events such as a golf tournament or our AGM.
Calendar
On the top right side of the menu bar you will find a Calendar tab. This Calendar is not for registration. But it can be customized to show the full range of Board events and/or education courses depending on what you want to see. Education courses are included here but clicking on them will simply navigate you back over to Education where you can register.
Connect
To the right of the Calendar tab is Connect, which takes you to a member directory where you can search for a member or a brokerage’s address and contact information.
